Abstract

DhaRa Djati Ecoprint is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) located in Gunungkidul that promotes the use of ecoprint techniques as an innovative approach in textile production through the use of natural materials and reflection of local wisdom. Despite its great potential, this business faces challenges in presenting its identity and creative process to a wider audience. This study aims to design a cinematic profile video that visualizes the ecoprint process, highlighting the natural and cultural richness of Gunungkidul as a source of artistic inspiration. The design process follows the audiovisual production workflow, which includes pre-production, production, and post-production phases. A cinematic approach is used to build a strong visual narrative, emphasizing cinematic elements such as image composition, lighting, camera movement, and color gradation. The final product is an audiovisual work that represents local identity and strengthens the presence of MSMEs in the creative industry landscape. This video is expected to foster greater appreciation for local products based on sustainability and aesthetics.
