Abstract

The rapid growth of the infrastructure and property sectors in Indonesia, particularly in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, has significantly increased the demand for construction contractor services such as those offered by Optima Construction. Although the company has utilized social media as a promotional and communication tool, the dispersed nature of its content makes it difficult for users to efficiently access specific information. This highlights the need for a more professional and effective medium in the form of a dedicated web profile. This study adopts a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach and incorporates five layout principles to enhance the usability and accessibility of the presented information. To evaluate the usability of the developed web profile, the System Usability Scale (SUS) method was employed. The outcome of this study is a prototype of the Optima Construction mobile website, which achieved a SUS score of 80.75, indicating an acceptable level of usability, a Grade Scale of B, and an Adjective Rating of Good. These results demonstrate that the developed interface successfully addresses user needs and ensures ease of access to information.
